Adventure Estates is a new multi-disciplinary development company. Its core strengths have been drawn from the commercial experience of the individual team members in terms of both acquisition and delivery.

We are wherever possible looking to enter into JV opportunities to alleviate over-optimistic expectations or aspirations of land value but sharing the upside on end values. From the developer’s perspective this rules out the risk associated with fluctuating exit values which clearly has a cost associated with it but ultimately gives the vendor a share of the profit and ensures the original sale value was market tested.

With the teams experience we are focusing on a range of products that include PBSA, BTR/PRS, Commercial and hotel accommodation. We have the depth of knowledge, expertise and experience to successfully deliver these developments.

The team has over 50 years of experience in all fields of the development process and have combined our skillsets to offer the ability to look at every project from a perspective that maximises profit and minimising risk to all parties through the 3 C’s

Commercialisation - the substantive work that takes place initially to make sure the project, in whatever form, is viable;

Construction - the actual delivery of the programme on budget and on time;

Conclusion - the realisation of the stakeholders interests, whether that be a JV, profit share, equity return, etc.
