Alex Creevy

Alex has extensive experience within the construction and development market spanning some 37 years. Over the past four years he has been co-investor and developer of approximately 600 beds of student accommodation over four sites throughout the UK. Alex took the schemes from site purchase, through both the planning and delivery process.
These projects were carried out along with a number of other developments under the CKC Properties banner where he was Development Director.
Prior to CKC he spent eleven years at Wickes Properties Ltd where he was responsible for the development and construction of approximately 3,000,000 ft2 of retail space over some 150 sites and 1,000,000 ft2 of warehousing for Wickes Building Supplies and Focus DIY throughout the mainland UK. As Head of Construction he ran a large property team who were focused on delivering design and value engineered projects, all with an emphasis on cost control and delivery date to meet the trading periods of the business. These projects were developed both on a freehold and leasehold basis.
Alex’s earlier carrier was spent at Trafalgar House where he was a Senior Quantity Surveyor working on many commercial, Government and marine projects.
Simon Padgett

Simon has over thirty years’ business experience, being involved in a number of diverse businesses from healthcare to leisure. More recently he was the Development Director of a regional restaurant and public house group where he assisted in building and selling to an AIM listed company, sold in two tranches, firstly in 1997 the tenanted pub estate sale at £15m and in 2001 the managed house sale at £32.5m
His expertise in the retail and leisure sector have proved pivotal in helping clients to make key decisions that have unlocked development opportunities. His knowledge of the property sector and its complexities combined with commercial and business sense is proving invaluable to a number of national clients operating in commercial and residential property sectors.
He also has considerable expertise in planning applications and variations for both residential and commercial properties and schemes.
He has also managed architectural design, main contractors and site development and negotiates major property investment sales.
Member - Corporate Resolve LLP - Recently formed to provide advice and accelerated solutions in distressed and complex corporate underperformance.
He is retained by a number of Banks in an advisory role on their distressed property portfolios. Expansive work from straight forward disposals, working up planning schemes to add value, and build out retail, industrial and residential schemes.
Adam Bere
Acquisition
Adam’s career in property has spanned over 10 years having previously worked in marketing and Formula 1 sectors.
In the last 10 years Adam was the founder and shareholder of Somerset Investments and Quantock Investments where he acted in both the property development and investment vehicles that were active in developing and asset managing entities in the leisure sector.
Having successfully exited both structures he then formed Track II, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm servicing Family Offices with AUM above £350m; commercial and residential developers across the UK and Europe and investment funds with interests in:
Long term fixed income assets within the commercial space, acquisition and disposal of land, sourcing and disposal of student led schemes, fundraising and JV opportunities.
To date the combined deal value achieved is over £300m.
