The accommodation comprised 19 studios and 70 ensuit rooms with a GDV of £20m and was developed as a JV with Henderson UK Property PAIF. The scheme of 37,000 ft2 was completed in twelve months on a confined site adjacent to Kingston University who ultimately took a 25 year lease.
