Sites with or without planning consent that are suitable for a number of uses, but not limited to: PBSA, Co-Living, Hotel and Office use; these include: 

• Brownfield or greenfield sites 

• Town centre office buildings 

• Hotels and leisure facilities

• Redundant factories, warehouses and industrial sites 

• Joint ventures 

We offer generous introductory commissions and if you have land suitable for development, we would like to hear from you.
